We started our adventure with a ticket to Auckland, 2 nights at a hostel, and our first WWOOFing location booked. The itinerary soon took shape with two more WWOOFing gigs on the North Island and a paid-job on the South Island.

And the harder we worked, the harder we played. By the end of our 6-month NZ journey, we’d WWOOFed for two months, worked for two months, and lived out of our ’93 Subaru Legacy for two months.
